Authors retain the copyright of their works and agree to make their original research freely available for use, copying, and redistribution in any format, provided the original authors and sources are properly cited. A copyright statement is included in all full-text formats (HTML, PDF, and XML).

Before formal publication, authors grant CRC Journals the right of first publication by signing a License to Publish Agreement.

Author Responsibilities

• Authors must declare that their submission is not under review by another journal and has not been previously published.
• A declaration confirming originality must be included in the cover letter submitted with the manuscript and the author checklist prior to submission.
• Permission for copyrighted materials (e.g., figures, tables) from other sources—including republished, adapted, modified, or partial tables from online sources—must be obtained before submission.
