In accordance with the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) definition, editorial freedom ensures that Editor(s)-in-Chief maintain full authority over the journal’s editorial content and publication schedule.

CRC Journals upholds editorial independence and does not interfere in article review, selection, or influence editorial decisions. Editors make independent judgments based on:

• Scientific validity of the research
• Relevance to the journal’s readership
• Ethical integrity of the publication process

These decisions are made without commercial influence from the publisher or any external entities.
